The adult psychiatry area (VO) in Lund consists of approximately 560 employees and serves 8 municipalities in central Skåne. The area is divided into four sections: general psychiatric inpatient care and emergency reception, general psychiatric outpatient care, addiction/psychosis inpatient and outpatient care, as well as a resource unit and a section for nationally specialized care in areas such as treatment-resistant self-harm behavior for children and adults, gender dysphoria, and eating disorder treatment for adults. The adult psychiatry VO in Lund is a university hospital unit characterized by diversity and high competence with close ties to research and education. We are constantly working to improve and develop specialized psychiatric care, and several research and development projects are ongoing.

The task of the team is to assist managers at all levels with administrative services and consultative support in areas such as information, production monitoring, personnel, and training, based on each professional function.

Additionally, the team is tasked with having a future and environmental perspective and actively contributing to the development of the operations. The team's working methods should be characterized by high service levels, expertise, reliability, and proactivity. The team represents management both in contact with the employees of the operational area and with external contacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include monitoring the operational area's needs and usage of IT and telephony. This includes participating in HKP meetings (main contact person) with the management's digitalization unit and ensuring that there are designated IT and telephony orderers and contact persons within the operations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for disseminating information from the digitalization unit to orderers and contact persons, as well as participating in the implementation of decided measures, including age replacements of IT and telephony equipment.

An important part of the assignment is to ensure that the operational area follows Region Skåne's rules for IT and telephony. Additionally, it includes monitoring IT and telephony invoices and managing orders related to these areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome candidates with a post-secondary education in IT or an approved secondary education combined with relevant experience. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, are required. It is also advantageous if you have several years of work experience in a similar role, preferably within the public sector, and possess good technical skills.

As a person, you are driven, service-oriented, and enjoy supporting colleagues in various areas. You are also attentive and have an easy time communicating with good pedagogical skills. Furthermore, we see that you are self-sufficient, take initiative, and structure your work. In a small unit like Operational Support, team spirit is important, which is why we consider it essential that you have good collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
